Deepti Das Krishna

Deepti Das Krishna is currently working as an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronics, Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT), India. She has worked as a Principal Investigator under the Department of Science & Technology Women Scientist Scheme (2005-2008) while working towards her Ph.D. and was awarded the Young Scientist Award from the International Union of Radio Science (URSI) in 2010. With more than 14 years of experience in UG & PG teaching, 1 year of industry, and 3 years of research experience, her interests include UWB Antennas, Reconfigurable Antennas, RF Harvesting Systems, Microwave Passive Devices, and Communication Systems. She has been an invited faculty during May-June 2018 at ESYCOM Laboratory, University of Paris – EST Marne-La-Vallee, France, and has completed a funded project from KSCSTE under Engineering Technology Program (ETP) in “Reconfigurable Memristive Radio Frequency Devices” of two years. She has been active in IEEE since 2006 starting as a student member and is now a senior member. She has served in various positions of IEEE APS & WIE-Kerala Section and has been the IEEE Student Branch Counselor of Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, Cochin from 2012-2018 and is currently the Branch Counselor of IEEE Student Branch CUSAT. She is also appointed as the Chair, IEEE APS Kerala Section for the year 2022
